DTDC — DTDC courier not Delivered even after 55 days as on 17th february

Till now there is no update on the return status/refund of Tracking No: R16301701 .We dispatched our package on 26-Dec-2014 through DTDC courier service from Kerala to Chattisgarh. As of today its been 55 days !!! From January 2nd 2015, we have been contacting various branches, customer care .But there is no response .Also its been 15 days since I raised the complaint in DTDC Facebook page . Same story here .For the initial few days I got response like we are checking with channel management etc .Then I was told to email further details in personal .From then on there is NO RESPONSE AT ALL from #DTDC . I want my package returned or refunded or else I will take up the matter legally .
