DTDC — DTDC - No Phone. Shipment not delivered but status updated as delivered

I booked an order on BookGanga.com which was shipped on Mar 16th with tracking number P31258135. The status of the shipment is "delivered" on DTDc website. However, I did not receive the shipment. I did not receive any call from the courier person either. When I called the DTDC office (Pimpri, Pune), my calls were not answered. The bookganga.com person was told by DTDC that the shipment was received. But I re-checked and re-confirmed that it was not received by anyone.
