DTDC — Dtdc not delivered my goods..

My order ID - D80890198. On Jan 06 2024, I got a OTP and There Mentioned The Order Is Out of Delivery. So, I cancelled All my works to collect the product. I didn't receive any call from the courier guy. Now, there mentioned that (Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR)). but, I am in my home and waiting for the courier guy. And, I also tried to there customer care mobile number, Didn't get any response, Also mail Them Still no response, I also call the local (madhavaram dtdc courier) The number was switch OFF. And, I also created 2 support ticket in there website, No reply and closed the support ticket without replying. (👏 appreciation). That Porduct worth 17, 000/- If that product didn't reach me tomorrow, I am going legally..
