[Resolved] DTDC — DTDC playing with customer by giving service name as PREMIUM EXPRESS PRODUCT-SPECIAL ZONE PLUS | |||
I thought DTDC is good and very punctual about their Deliveries and commitment given to customer. With respect to it, I submitted parcel on 9th Sept to be delivered to Pune from DTDC Amravati Rajapeth office of doc no V18403726. As I need to deliver it urgently, I have opted PREMIUM EXPRES Sservice worth of 230/- and I have been told that it would be delivered by 11th morning any how. With those words I agreed and planned my respective activities. But when I checked status on 11th morning, I was amazed to see parcel was in KOLKATA APEX. I didnt understand delivery is in Maharashtra itself, why does parcel went to KOLKATA. Then I tried to call Amravati office no [protected] and office landline, both no were OFF. Then sent mail to nagpur and pune customer service ('css.[protected]@dtdc.com'; 'css.[protected]@dtdc.com') but still i didnt received single word of communication till now. Finally I rest with option of wait and it received on 12th Afternoon. That was of no use to me. Then I called Amravati DTDC Rajapeth office, luckily person picked up call and when I discussed same with him, he said send me details on mail ID: 'amaravatisf.[protected]@sr.dtdc.com' which is undelivered means wrong mail ID. Also now person has switched off the no. [protected]. DTDC is playing with customer by giving wrong commitment and gathering high amount by providing normal service. I will never think to use DTDC service in future and even recommend to anyone for such poor service. It is better to be know than hiding from customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
