I would like to address that recently I sent a courier through DTDC Express Limited bearing tracking no Z70797723 dated 13th December, 2021 and the last updated status was on 23rd December, 2021 as "Successfully Delivered" (tracking proof annexed). However same has not been delivered at the destination and I have been following up with management of DTDC since the day I have seen the status but they were just giving me excuses only by saying that it has been delivered at wrong location, name and address of the person who received the courier is appearing blank in our records, and today (05/01/2022) they told me that bag which had my courier, has been lost and now it is untraceable to them. Since last 20 days I have been following up with them on regular basis but they were treating me as I am looking like a fool to them. My organisation (Acquisory India Consulting Private Limited) is availing services from DTDC for a long time, but I had sent the personal courier via DTDC first time and have had the worst experience of my life. Services and treatment I received are very unprofessional and disgraceful. Even after knowing that they have lost my envelope, they were making fool of me by giving false excuses and hope. I am totally unhappy with services and treatment they have offered me. I myself being a professional (Company Secretary) expected professional behaviour from the well known organisation; however, to my surprise it came to be a fraud. The parcel sent contained original government KYC documents and were very important.
I would like you to trace the lost document and pay a sum of Rs. 50, 000 for the mental harrassment.
