[Resolved]  DTDC — Important docs not delivered

This complaint is in reference to a courier which was booked with DTDC Docket no Z36956600 on 16th October 2014 from Sector- 62, Noida, U.P to Aon Global Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Employee Benefits 801-803, Ashoka Estate, 24 Barakhamba Road, New Delhi -110001. The packet contained original Medical papers and a stamp paper of Rs. 50.

We got conformation from DTDC representative that it would be delivered next day but yet not delivered(22nd October 2014). They have confirmed that the packet is with them in Jhandewalan Branch.

We have still not got the packet back .

I tried to contact every one whom i could but no body helped i called

And many more staffs of DTDC branch

but all this was useless everyone asked for time but no one responded. .Please help me.
