HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DTDC - INCURRED A LOSS OF 33000 AND I AM TERRIBLY HARASSED.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DTDC TO ANYONE.
On 27'th July 2014, Mr Deshmukh and Mr Sagar Shilimkar, both employees of DTDC Franchisee Mr Dhiren have collected 6 boxes(total 78 kg) from my home in Wakad, Pune. They booked my parcel on consignment number D18782389 and I paid them the full payment of Rs 3025 at the time of booking.
However, the D18782389 consignment number could not be tracked and I was given a new roadline number G90109970 which also could not be tracked. Though I paid for the more reliable 'Surface' transport, the mode was changed to the more economical roadline, without my consultation.
I have not received one box of weight 14 Kg, out of the initial 6 boxes that I booked for parcel. The pending box has new branded clothes and items worth Rs 30000.
Inspite of repeated followups for the last 4 months, I have not received the box or the compensation. Instead I have been made to run from pillar to post, speak to new people everytime(all of whom are unsupportive) and have been terribly harrased.
THE BOX WORTH 30000 HAS BEEN STOLEN BY THE MASTER FRANCHISE (NAMED BELOW).
