DTDC — Lost original document

Ref no. N96342467 apparently still waiting from last one month for one of my original document sent from india to Melbourne which is i think lost n customer care people are not trying to understand that free service to send original document again is not the solution. ..original document is lost so how can i send it again...this is a senseless solution provided.
