DTDC — Misdelivered package

My package is shown as delivered, held by relative, DTDC tracking number D83231836. But I have not received it. I was home all day long no one came for the delivery nor my family memeber received package on my behalf.
How come they can hand my package to anyone without asking for the OTP they have provided.

Check your local DTDC franchise office, if their is more than one, check with the others. Sometimes they keep the package with themselves and mark them as delivered, they're lazy.
