This is regard to the utter shoddy handling of complaint by the MANAGER of the booking office address : dwarka sector 12, plot no 9, New delhi. Arun is the manager/head of the office, and I hold him solely responsible for this delay. Literally speaking he is like a kid (even worse), who needs to be constantly REMINDED about his responsibility to get things done. The complaint was made in the booking office more than a Month now. I had to call him up umpteen times to get the complaint procedure going if not he NEVER DOES on his own. Now when the goods are lost due to the fault of the DTDC, you expect them to ATLEAST TAKE THE INITIATIVE in handling this complaint, but NO, this INCOMPETENT ARUN needs to be literally finger pointed at every procedure.
He was supposed to sms me the name and no. of the vigilante staff last time but didn’t as always. I called him today i.e 27/8/15 to get the no. but he was still AT HOME (even though the time being past 11 am) and told me he will sms me once he is in the office. But as ALWAYS he haven’t till now. So how many times do I have to call him up everytime just to let him do the JOB HE IS SUPPOSED TO DO.
So, I have no option but to address this pathetic attitude of your office staff in handling the complaints. I request you or anyone with the authority to call up ARUN (the manager) and give a piece of your mind to him. His no. is [protected]. I implore you to atleast contact him. It’s getting really frustrating as well as irritating with this apathetic and careless negligence of Arun.
Now, as you can see, I can’t provide you the proof of my umpteen fruitless and frustrating conversations with Arun other that the complaint case no. mailed by your FB Support team which is attached.
