The courier content an important legal document that needs to be filed in support of the ongoing NCLT petition before the honourable Mumbai bench. The Courier was booked on 1st Nov and picked on 2nd Nov. The return of the courier was initiated by DTDC without contacting neither to consignee nor me. Since then I am routinely contacting their customer care executive and explained to them it's a very important document and should be delivered immediately. Till date no action has been taken by the team DTDC and my important document is just laying with them. Non-delivery of this document has delayed my important court notice which may lead to weakening my case. Hence, I request to take a quick action against DTDC and direct them to deliver my documents to the consignee and for this unprofessional behaviour they should be pay me rupees 15, 000.
