DTDC — Non Delivery of Items

I had ordered a sports item online through Sportsjam on 22 Jun 15. Item had to be delivered at Lucknow by DTDC, ABW No I01409692 . However TILL today i.e. 06 Jul 15 - 1930 hrs, 14 days after order placement, delivery has not been done by DTDC. This is after No of calls to Sportsjam and speaking three times to Mr Abhishek of DTDC (Mob No – [protected]) at Lucknow, whose No had been given by Sportsjam Call center employee. Mr Abhishek on 06 Jul 15 has told the undersigned to lodge a complaint about non delivery. This defines total unprofessional behavior and gives a reflection of a lackadaisical attitude of the company and its employees. I hope that someone up the chain reads this mail and takes immediate remedial action . I would highly appreciate a reply on this. S Joshi Lucknow -226002 Mob No-[protected]
