DTDC — Non-delivery plus tracking problem

The following item has been shipped by the seller from Chennai through DTDC courier on 27-Dec-2014 and it was required to deliver the item to Aizawl by 03-Jan-2015. However, the item has not been delivered to me as it was supposed to be. I submitted a claim on ebay on 17-Jan-2015 and I was informed to resolve the problem within five days. But my problem has not been solved. Moreover, it cannot be tracked until 29-Dec-2014 while the item was in Kolkata.
