[Resolved]  DTDC — Not recieving of courier since last 13 days

My docket no. is Z30734800 and it was despathed on 8th sept 2014 from new delhi for lucknow but till date it has not been recieved. As per on line status is delivered at lucknow branch but since last 5 days branch is only giving assurance and by their appearance it is clearly appeared that they have lost it.
