DTDC — Order not delivered | |||
AeroAids corporation have couriered my parcel on 10/06/2015 having docket no. Z54589706. But after around 9 days I got call from courier office that they do not have delivery boy so they can not deliver parcel, I have to collect it from their office. It was not possible for me to collect order due to long office hour so I told them it is not possible for me to collect and you can take decision as you wish. Now they have returned my parcel with reason that "Customer has refused to receive parcel" which I have checked online tracking option of DTDC. They should not have accepted the order if they do not have sufficient staff or they could deliver my parcel on next day when their delivery person available. Please take necessary action. There is no response from AeroAids corporation or DTDC courier company. I am waiting for my order from last 20 days. Please do needful.
