[Resolved]  DTDC — Parcel Damaged By Fire And Never Delivered Nor Informed

Dear Sir/Madam. My Name Is Tina Rabindranath, I have a complain against Madiwala Branch Bearing Phone Number :[protected]THEY NEVER BOTHER TO REPLY THE CALL finally customer care executive informed parcel got damaged) I was suppose to receive a parcel by 28th August 2014, which was sent from Titabar (ASSAM), my Bangalore JP Nagar address. But I didnot get any call till monday i.e 1st September 2014, so I called up to JP Nagar Branch, then the person there informed my consingnment no. - K73414811 is damaged by fire??? But nobody still even bother to inform the same. NOW QUESTION IS WHOSE GOING TO PAY FOR MY LOSS? The money i wasted in making calls, the value of parcel the amount paid for sending etc. How irresponssible staff they are. DONT SEE ANY USE OF THIS COMPLAINT STILL JUST FOR MY SATISFACTION TRYINGY LUCK. Thank you, Tina Rabindranath
