DTDC — Parcel not received but tracking facility says it to be delivered

I have parceled few medicines to my mother on 10th March, 2022 through DTDC facilities from Panchkula to Kurukshetra . It has been 2 days since we are notified about the parcel being delivered but my mother hasn't received it. We tried contacting the facilities through customer care support but didn't received the desired response.
Tracking ID- T11044956.
