Hi Guys We had ordered a product form amazon.com to be delivered at door steps. This also included the shipping cost. They are requesting for extra charges to be delivered at home and rude in conversation with us. Even thought our house resides in there circle less than 3 Km from their office. They were rude in conversation, as if we were some kind of insects that to ladies <My mother>. It’s really pathetic to hear such kind of response from the service oriented company.
