[Resolved]  DTDC — poor service, not updating data and not satisfied answer from customer care.

Dear sir / madam On 4th oct 2014 i send a small parcel through dtdc from amritsar to thane ( mumbai) having docket no z34702690 is still not delivered. When i track from dtdc site it showing attempted on 6 th oct. I also contact amrisar customer care on no [protected] since 7 th oct, i m not getting any satisfaction response. They tell me stupid things net working ect. Plz update me where is my parcel. I m very disappointed from the service of dtdc. Plz never send ur parcel through dtdc. Thanks Bir inder singh [protected]
