DTDC — Product got stuck in transit | |||||
I have ordered a product from amazon and they delivered to me via DTDC. But the package was stuck at DTDC Karmanghat, Hyderabad. I ordered it on 11 july 2021 now date is 28 july 2021. After 1 week of not delivery amazon says DTDC was unable to deliver your package and it was returning to seller. I felt happy but the product is not moving to seller either. I paid the money before. I tried to call dtdc but no one answered. I tried to contact seller but they didn't respond. My parents belived me and allowed me to order online will they ever belive me again. I paid 78 rupees for delivery to the seller. Was this information helpful? | |||||
