DTDC — Product misplaced | |||
AWB no. : D22989676 Date of courier :[protected] from Pimpri DTDC, Pune Reached DTDC Bahadurgarh on[protected] Now no info available while tracking. On 19th while tracking online, it showed "out for delivery" and now it shows error. No response from SMS tracker, [protected]@dtdc.com, [protected]@dtdc.com. And your customer service does not answer the call. Went to pimpri dtdc yesterday from where they called your representative at Bahadurgarh. The person who received the call first said the product is delivered to the destination, then he said the product is not received at Bahadurgarh itself, and then he said there is some problem with his system. It has been 5 days now since the product is been received at Bahadurgarh DTDC, and not yet delivered. Need immediate action, as the product was a returned courier to the merchant and my money is stuck. Was this information helpful? | |||

Called Bahadurgarh Branch on[protected]. The person who received the call said that the order may have been delivered.
So I said him that atleast let me know the details of the delivery(who collected it and when) and share with me the photocopy of the delivery receipt.
He said me to mail him the docket number at ops.[protected]@dtdc.com
I mailed him and again there was no response to the mail.
Called again on[protected] and now they say there is no electricity at Bahadurgarh, so they can't let me know anything and they can't even mail me the delivery details.
Attached are the photocopy that shows it had reached Bahadurgarh branch on[protected] and after that there is no update.
Also attached is the mail sent to ops.[protected]@dtdc.com
