[Resolved]  DTDC — Stolen article from the parcel

I sent a wallet to my dad as a gift on Father's day. At first the consignment did not deliver in time, it finally got delivered after hectic follow up with their staff. BUT, they delivered an empty case of the wallet. The wallet was not there. The case of the wallet was such that the wallet can not come out or can not drop out unless somebody deliberately opens the case and takes the wallet out. Hence, the case is of clear theft by DTDC staff. I couriered it from Mumbai to Jaipur. After tracking the order I got to know that the weight of the consignment was initially 500gms. When it reached Mumbai apex of DTDC it was 440gms and in OPEN CONDITION. The weight of the wallet was around 50gms, rest around 450 gms was a bottle of shampoo and the packaging. This makes it clear that the wallet must have got stolen some where in Mumbai itself. Even after giving all these clues there is no progress from their end.
