[Resolved] DTDC — Taking money for Priority Service and giving fraudulent service in return | |||
I booked consignment for Hyderabad from Bangalore - Domlur office (Shop No.302, 7th Cross Road Domlur I Stage, Domlur, Bangalore, Karnataka [protected] on Thursday - 19th July 2014. The person promised priority delivery before 2 PM on Firday 20th July 2014 if i pay higher amount and go for PTP service. But its been two days that consignment has not reached the destination and when i check with master franchisee office they talk rudely. Its a classic example of pathetic service and cheating customer for higher amount. A total disgrace on company's reputation Was this information helpful? | |||
