[Resolved]  DTDC — Timely not received the parcel

Dear Madam/Sir Extremely sorry to inform you that we have booked the parcel vide consignment no. Z31974120 on 3rd Sept 2014 at Ambala Cantt for Delhi and received the consignment at 1300 hrs. 09/09/14 after continuous follow up with your Mr. Kamal [protected] (Rohini) and Mr. Devender based at Meera Bagh. Due to delay of this parcel I have to loose more than Rs. 25000/- who will compensate it and I shall approach consumer protection court for the compensation. Take the appropriate action for the responsible people and advise. In future we have decided not book any parcel thru DTDC courier. Thanking you Ashwani Kumar [protected]
