Sir, As per attached file details, We do not get the feedback from DTDC Costumer care they always they give us the Contact detail of Jaipur & Sikar DTDC office but nobody take the call and if they take call Jaipur DTDC office says materiel in in Sikar Office & Sikar DTDC Office says material is in Jaipur and costumer care also not give us the proper response material booked in last week but steal our customer is in trouble about the material. IT's Very Bad experience with DTDC Services We are regular Supplier with DTDC since 5 year but now we wanted to cancel all service linked with DTDC. Thanks & Warm Regards, Kumar
