Dear Sir/Madam, My parcel reached Guwahati on 01 May, 2015 and till date it had not been dispatched to me in Dimapur (Nagaland). DTDC Guwahati takes at least 3-4 days to send the parcel. It is the same always. Moreover, when the parcel arrives Dimapur, the courier does not deliver it to my house but calls me to collect it from a certain place. Very poor service! DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 07, 2015 Updated by bendang Still no parcel received and no information from any source. Parcel still in Guwahati. Laying there for the past seven days. Guwahati office does not answer the phone and given mobile numbers do not exist.
