[Resolved]  DTDC — Undelivered Courier

Address:Kollam, Kerala

I had send a Mobile Phone through DTDC from Kerala to Gurgaon(Haryana), 2 months back.But till date it had not yet delivered.When I compaint about it in DTDC they said they got many complaints like this from those who send parcels to Gurgaon, and they cant do anything regarding this now they are offering me an amount of Rs 250/ as compensation. My Phone cost is Rs.15000, itz a Brand new Phone send to company for free replacement.Please help me to get back my phone or equivalent amount.My consignment no: is R16240475...Hope for a good response..
