I have ordered memory card on[protected] and it was delivered on[protected]. After putting to use i found that memory card is corrupted and the data which i moved also got corrupted, due to that i lost my very crucial data. I tried calling them on their customer care number [protected] more than 15-20 times in 2-3 days but no one responded my call. On[protected] i emailed them stating the issue, they replied me on[protected] stating that they have registered my complaint and they are contacting the dealer on behalf of me. On[protected] i emailed them again to ask them till what time i will get their reply and i got their reply on the same day stating that they will be back to me within 2-3 days. On[protected] i emailed them again as 2-3 days have completed and i got no revert from them. Till the date i did not get any revert and on[protected] i emailed them again taking a chance that i may get their reply.
