I had placed an order of 128 GB Memorycard (Samsung Evo MicroSDXC 128 GB Class 10) and I got delivery on[protected]. After putting it to use I found that memory card is corrupted and the data which I was moving in to that was also getting corrupted. It also contained video songs of billy wood (which is never found in genuine card) After that I tried to contact their customer care number ([protected]) many times but no one received my call. After that I emailed them on their [protected]@dukesdeal.com on[protected] and I got response on[protected] stating that they have registered my compalin and working on it. and I emailed them again on[protected] stating them to give me the approximate time of resolving the complain and they replied that they will be back in 2-3 days but I did not any reply till the date.
