Hi,
On 18th Feb I made an online payment to Mrugavani Resorts for amount of Rs. 5668.87 for booking a room for 1 day/night package.

However as per the resort management, the payment was not received by the accounts until the check-in time and even till today. So I had to pay again to avoid surprises.

Please do the needful in resolving the issue.

The message also says, "Your Credit card will be charged as Laxmi Jyothi Eco Tourism and Jungle Resorts Pvt Ltd"
