[Resolved]  e-commerce — received defective product

hi this is in regards to the purchase made from askmebazaar.com. i purchased samsung power bank via this website order number: AB2569095. i received a defective and duplicate product from them. it is been more than 3 months now that i not received the refund from them. i call them and they provide a request number everytime. last time i logged a complaint on your website complaint No-159195.2.2015 and received a call from vivek who assured me refund in 2-3 days but it is been more than three weeks now that there is no response from them. kindly help me get the refund from this fraud company
