[Resolved] e-commerce — received defective product | |||
hi this is in regards to the purchase made from askmebazaar.com. i purchased samsung power bank via this website order number: AB2569095. i received a defective and duplicate product from them. it is been more than 3 months now that i not received the refund from them. i call them and they provide a request number everytime. last time i logged a complaint on your website complaint No-159195.2.2015 and received a call from vivek who assured me refund in 2-3 days but it is been more than three weeks now that there is no response from them. kindly help me get the refund from this fraud company Was this information helpful? | |||
