E Kart — About product delivery and not giving the exact detail | |||
I have ordered a laptop through flipkart on 4th oct. Which is supposed to be delivered on 7th oct, then delivered is postpone to 9th oct. But not delivered, i understand due to heavy rush its got delayed But still not delivered yet. I called several time to customers care but there is no one who can provide the proper detail regarding the product delivery, . Several times i go to your hub for self pickup they refuse to gave me. They gave assure resolved date of 14th oct, but again fail to provide information, and gave me 16th oct date. Will see till 16 oct 2021 and then will log complain. Then there is false upated that they tried to contact but no response for customers. Its very harshing and disturbed my mind Was this information helpful? | |||
