But the agent not supposed to delivery at my home step ask me to come to hub which is 40 kms from my home .
And I got one shocking news after I gone to that hub not even an single employee doesn’t know about exchange process, I have...

I had ordered an item through a seller in which the delivery was supposed to be made by ekart logistics. On the contrary it being late for delivery, it was marked RTO without my prior conscience. This is truly frustrating. Please resolve the matter at the earliest.

Hi, I have placed request with flipkart and the order quality was not upto the mark. I placed return request twice and both the time the executive has cancelled my refund giving explanation that the content was missing. However the executive has not once tried to connect with me and when I am trying to connect with him, he is not picking the call...

I placed an order on flipkart. After a few days, someone called me asking for replacement but not of any delivery. I thought it to be a spam, so I ended the call. Then after no call came. After a few hours a msg popped up about order rejection. I didn't wished for order rejection. Want it to get delivered soon....
