E Kart — Delivered wrong products from Unknown Vendors

Good Morning, yesterday I received a call from E kart delivery boy I have one order for delivery by the E kart I went to take that from the delivery person. When I asked him what is the product he informed after paying the amount only I can check the product. Followed by I paid the amount and I received a wrong product from Ekart team and the received product is not ordered by me. The Ekart tracking details number is NMBC[protected] I am very shocked from where my details got leaked and reach to unknown dealer person. I want to know the vendor details from where this product got dispatched. Whatever happened with me it can happen with any other person. I don’t have any source to reach the vendor apart from Ekart. please provide me vendor details from where this product got dispatched with GST No.
