I got a call stating they are calling from SBI Credit card and said my redeem points are getting expired and they can help me convert it to cash for my outstanding amount. I did check if they are fraud but they spoke like they were real representative of the bank..shred my opt and amount got debited .I got cheated..plz help me to recover the amount and these PPL should be punished. Plz help
