An unauthorised transaction happened in my card ending with 0801 in the name of “EARN POINT ENTERPRISES” attached Transaction alert for your reference.

I have already blocked the card using your customer Center no. [protected]

Also registered, police complaint, fighting with SBI customer as its SBI card transaction they have the time limit to return the same from the end user (but improper support from SBI...

I need my all money which was deducted from SB A/c and Credit card the executive who is following me by through [protected]...

Your team is sitting to fraud customers by transferring the money from customer SB A/c as well as from Credit card.

As I got the experience and lost lot of money I will suit complaint against your Company and staff,

I received the call from [protected] the person who is taking from the last 2 days and take away my money from my SB A/c through taking all my Bank details....

I received a call from them saying they are calling from SBI credit card department and informed that they will increase the card limit and also reward point redemption. They informed that unused reward points can be converted into cash and for that I will receive a OTP. The OTP was received for a debit of Rs. 14, 530/- same has been informed to them after that same amount has been deducted from my credit card.they said that amount no need...

I got a call from Sbi credit card on 13th March 2023 around, they were saying that your credit card points will expire, so do you want to redeem it, i said yes. they asked one OTP and after that i message came up that 14530.00 amount has been debited from my credit card, they were speaking like the same customer care representative speaks....

I got a call from Sbi credit card on 17th March 2023 at 11.30 am around, they were saying that your credit card points will expire, so do you want to redeem it, i said yes. they asked one OTP and after that i message came up that 14688 amount has been debited from my credit card, they were speaking like the same customer care representative speaks....

Got a call from kotak mahindra nd there or told shopping vochers will added ur credit card so we can convert in to amount so after telling otp wit out information amount as debited frm my credit card plz take a action, nd cyber crime working about this.

I got a call on Dec 13 stated that they are calling from ICICI Credit card and said my redeem points are getting expired and they can help me convert it to cash for my outstanding amount. I did check if they are fraud but they spoke like they were real representative of the bank and share few my details like Card number, address and all to believe .. and i shred my OTP and amount 9968 got debited to Earn Point Enterprises...

Few days back from a call from icici says they want to convert reward points to cash on my credit card they have transacted around 13500 in statement i could see its earn point enterprises name please be alert and if possible lodge a complaint...

My account has debited 11k, duo to the call from icici bank, that lady she told every information correctly including car details,...

3 days back my account has been traced and amount of 9000 has been transferred by a fraud through ecom by a person who said she s from axis bank
