I got a call from Sbi credit card on 17th March 2023 at 11.30 am around, they were saying that your credit card points will expire, so do you want to redeem it, i said yes. they asked one OTP and after that i message came up that 14688 amount has been debited from my credit card, they were speaking like the same customer care representative speaks.
