Earn Point Enterprises — RS.14,530/- debited in my credit card without swiping and bill was raised in EARN PIONT ENTERPRIESES

I got a call from Sbi credit card on 13th March 2023 around, they were saying that your credit card points will expire, so do you want to redeem it, i said yes. they asked one OTP and after that i message came up that 14530.00 amount has been debited from my credit card, they were speaking like the same customer care representative speaks.
