I am a senior citizen and m\s earth infrastructure ltd new delhi had promised me that they will allot fully furnished studio apartment latest by september 2016 and till then they will give assured return at rate of 12% per annum. They gave me for one and a half year and then suddenly...

I had booked a studio apartment in earth towne in the year 2010, till now there is no update on the construction update and also nobody from the builders office cares to update the clients on this, i am a senior citizen had have wasted my money in this.

Would like to inform you that kindly refund my money deposited till date with you, as i cannot afford to loose my hard earned money on willfull defaulters like you....
