I have invested in Nirmal Omega property, Mulund West in Sep 2013.

This project didn't get approval and when followed up in Oct 2018, builder offered 12 post dated cheques against cancellation of our booking, which got bounced when deposited in Bank.

When enquired about these bounced cheques, it was told to us that amount will be refunded shortly provided we should not take any legal action....

I have booked a flat in thames a, 901, on 22 october 2013. But the project did not start. They offered me to take the flat in another project which i did not agree.

I had invested in project collosium in kalyan in year 2014. However after multiple follow ups since the project was not even initiated. I was asked to cancel the booking in 2017 with the promise to pay the principle amount. Till date i am visiting in the hope that dharmesh jain gets recovered and his business blooms again so that i get my money back.. God bless him...

I had booked a flat in thames in the c-wing, no.302 on 3rd floor in october 2015 for which i was promised the possession of flat by december 2017. Later they informed that due to dumping ground issues they have got a stay for the project and offered me an apartment equivalent to the carpet area in one of their other towers for which i had not agreed.
