I am kc bhardwaj i invested in' earth gamma tech' office space 700sqft according mou company assured to give assured return till possession but they have stopped the assured return on 30/09/2015. And have not given the possession. I have gone to there noida office there staff there told me that they cant give you possession and even your money but no authorize person of company was there. I even asked when can i meet your director but no concreate reply was given.

i am kc bhardwaj invested in earth tech one noida for office space. i have paid the full amount for the office space according to mou they have stopped the assured return from 30/09/15 . and they have not gave possession. i am old person and invested my life long savings .
