Has swindled me of 21000, their booking team has been constantly fooling me for 2 days that we will update your booking and it's still pending.
I have called 12 times in the last 24 hours either getting a response that we will call you back in 20 minutes or that the 20 minutes were not over.
Or with the response that we have escalated. Upon asking to whom and what? no response.
I am going to file an FIR and raise a case in consumer court for the same. You guys are pathetic your process is horrible your customer service is abysmal and you are a fraud.
Taking away someone's hard money to fill your CEO's filthy pockets. Well done.
