First time I booked flight with them . I cancelled ticket on line and never was told or warned that I will not get refund. While buying ticket non refundable ticket was not mentioned . Now they say spice jet will not refund . I checked on yahoo and MMY trip and even with spice jet, this ticket is refundable . I have taken print out of all conditions. EMT do not wish to refund as they are crooks and lure customer with no processing fee Never buy from them . Such crooks should be out of business will file matter in court . Let spice jet also disown them as their agent rajeev
