EaseMyTrip.com — Non-Receipt of refund amount due to flight cancellation during covid | |||
Hi We had booked airline tickets through Easemytrip portal for our travel from Delhi to Hyderabad on 12 Feb 2020 i.e Booking Id: EMT74100586. Our travel dates were 07 April 2020 from Delhi to Hyderabad and 12 April 2020 from Hyderabad to Delhi. The booking amount was paid through my Axis Bank Credit and an amount of Rs 16908/- was paid to Easemytrip for our tickets. Due to lockdown, we could not travel and as per GOI guidelines, we have requested Easemytrip executives to refund the due amount. After a prolonged mail correspondence, they have informed us that an amount of Rs, 15, 360/- will be refunded after deducting the booking charges etc. They have confirmed us that our refund was processed for an amount of Rs. 15, 360 with refund date as 13 October 2020 and Transaction reference ID :[protected]. I have checked my credit card account and confirmed them multiple times that the refund amount is not credited. Even the Axisbank executives have confirmed that no so refund was reflected in my account. Many mails/reminders to Easemytrip had not yielded any results. This company seems to harass the costumer to core and not bothered to refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||

It has been more than 1.5month, i have not received any reply or refund from Easemytrip. It appears that they do not wish to refund my money.
