I had selected and booked the ticket for go air 15:25 flight delhi to ahmedabad. However, after making the payment, the ticket was generated for spice jet 06:20 flight delhi to ahmedabad.
Immediately, i called up the customer care on[protected] and told them about the error. They denied that their system is right and i might have made the booking mistake. However, i reiterated everything. I tried to convince them, but they say i am at fault. The customer is always at fault after making the payments.
However, everything is in vain. They are not ready to accept the mistake. The company is not ready to accept if this is their system mistake. They say the system is fool's proof. However, when their data get's hacked, they say sorry publicly. But if we point out system fault, its in vain and on deaf ears and we have to make the payments.
In my case they asked me they cannot help and i have to do new booking. I have no options but to shell out more for the trip.
Will going to consumer court help.
