I AM THE TRAVEL AGENT OF THE PORTAL EASEMYTRIP.COM FROM LAST 5 YEARS NAMING JIFFY TOUR & TRAVELS. I WANT TO TELL YOUR GOOD SELF THAT I BOOKED A TICKET FOR THE CUSTOMER ON 17TH NOV 2014 AT 9.15 IN AIRINDIA FROM SRINAGAR KOCHI SRINAGAR. FROM SRINAGAR TO KOCHI IT WAS ON 22 JAN 2015 AND FROM KOCHI SRINAGAR IT WAS ON 24TH FEB 2014 FOR 5 PASSENGERS. WHEN I BOOKED THE TICKET I GOT PNR NUMBER AT THE SAME TIME AI-J5Y7W BUT TICKET NUMBER WAS NOT ISSUED. WHEN I DID NOT GET THE TICKET NUMBERS TILL 11.15 PM I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE OF EASEMYTRIP BUT NOBODY PICKED UP THE PHONE FOR ABOUT HALF AN HOUR AND I CUT THE PHONE. NEXT DAY MORNING ON 18TH NOVEMBER 2014 I CALLED THEM AGAIN FROM THE OFFICE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS UNDER UP GRADATION YOU DO 1 THING YOU EMAIL THE PROBLEM AND OUR EMAIL SYSTEM IS WORKING AND YOU WILL GET RESPONSE IN 10 MINS. BUT I WAITED FOR 4 HOURS AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. SO I CALLED THEM AGAIN AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT TICKETS HAVE ALREADY BEEN CANCELLED WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I MAILED THEM AND TOLD THEM THAT I DONT KNOW ANYTHING AND I JUST WANT MY TICKETS. THE PERSON NAMING SURESH EMAILED ME... WE LIKE TO INFORM YOU THERE IS SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE ERROR OCCURRED WHEN YOU DOING THIS BOOKING WE SEARCH BEST OPTIONS FOR YOU SO KINDLY WAIT... I WAIT FOR THE 1 DAY MORE THAT IS 18TH OF NOVEMBER. AND NOW TOLD ON 19TH OF NOVEMBER THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY MORE 27000 RUPEES IF I HAVE TO CONFIRM THE TICKET. I WAS SHOCKED THE LAST NIGHT THEY EMAILED ME AND TOLD ME TO WAIT AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME TO PAY MORE PAYMENT. I TOLD THEM HOW CAN I TELL CUSTOMER AFTER 2 DAYS THAT HIS TICKET IS NOT CONFIRMED AND IF HE WANT THE TICKET HE HAVE TO PAY 25000 MORE. I TOLD THEM I CANNOT PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND WHY WILL I PAY WHEN THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. THEY TOLD ME WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING AND CUT MY PHONE AND NOW THEY DONT PICK MY PHONE. THE HAVE REJECTED MY TICKET WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING TO ME. THE CO-FOUNDER OF EASEMYTRIP IS RIKANT PITTI AND HIS CONTACT NUMBER IS [protected]. IF ANY KIND OF RECORDS YOU WANT LIKE EMAIL OR VOICE RECORDS I CAN PROVIDE YOU THAT ALSO. BUT I ONLY WANT MY PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED. I DONT WANT TO LOSE MY CUSTOMERS. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.
