Easy Cabs — Let down at last moment for previously booked cab. | |
Dear sir/madam,
During my recent visit to Delhi, I had experience to use your service. I had
used it quite a few times and was very impressed with service and used
it on several occasion during my stay in Delhi. On the last occasion, my
experience was so pathetic that I will advise every one I know to
refrain from using Easy Cab..
On 17th March, I booked a cab at about 10.30 am to take me to New Delhi
Railway Station at 3 pm sharp.I had a train to catch at 4.15 pm.
The booking was taken by young man by the name of Gagandeep, and he assured
me that the cab will be at my place of stay in L-16 Rajouri Garrden at 3pm sharp.
At about 2.45 pm, I had a SMS telling me that no cabs were available. It sent me into panic mode and when I tried to contact Easy Cab, the operator advise me that I was number 23 in the queue.I had no chance of hope in hell to talk to any one.Had I been given this information about non-availability, about a few hours earlier, I would have made some other arrangements.I am really annoyed and irritated by this experience and I have advised all my friends and relatives to stay away from Easy Cabs for good as their service cannot be guaranteed and they will let you down at last moment.I am also copying this email to licensing authorities and Transport authorities about my bad experience.
