Easy Go Trip — after making payment didn't get any confirmation of tickets for the trip | |
Today evening by 6.15 pm i've made a payment of 4171 rs twice for two different person from agartala to bombay for 28th of april. But even after continuous effort of 5 hours the company didn't provide any tickets and confirmation. Instead they are saying it's a long time for the travel and i should be patient. Just because the travel is far from the day of payment i should not be worried about the money i paid. This is the disgusting service i've ever received. Kindly look into the matter and please provide me tickets for the money i paid. It should not be the concern of mine if company (Happy easy go) has technical issue.
