Happy easy go is a total fraud, not refunding the amount wherein the airlines has already given a confirmation of refund but they keep replying the same thing again and again. I need my refund right away you fraudsters. There are more people who's refund is not been taken seriously from 2 years ago, i would be forced to go legal about this

Customer service is not responding any calls. I called them at least 3 times and waited for more than 10 mins.

First they cancelled the flight two times. On ticket it shows refundable and when I open it online it shows non refundable....

Today evening by 6.15 pm i've made a payment of 4171 rs twice for two different person from agartala to bombay for 28th of april. But even after continuous effort of 5 hours the company didn't provide any tickets and confirmation. Instead they are saying it's a long time for the travel and i should be patient. Just because the travel is far from the day of payment i should not be worried about the money i paid. This is the disgusting service...

We have booked a ticket for new delhi to kashmir round trip for go airways through easy go trip dated 20th june’ 2014.
