Easy Go Trip — No refund of ticket amount | |||||
Booked a one way ticket from Delhi to pune for 24th Nov 2015 in the name of Mahesh kumar singh by go airlines which was subsequently cancelled my the airline company and I was assured of the refund of the complete amount without charges . I was asked to take up the matter with the ticketing agent EASY GO TRIP for refund to my credit card but easy to trip customer care neither ever responds, nor reply to the mails sent, neither have refunded back my amount. The flight no was G8-177 PNR NO JCUHO5 GO AIR AIRLINES. booked by Reshma ashok sah, my contact no [protected] and my canarabank credit card was used for the booking.
